Get one of the Braun Silk-epil ones, either the Xelle or the SoftPerfection model. The Xelle gets excellent reviews, but near as I can tell, the SoftPerfection is pretty much the same. Both are available from Amazon for cheaper than I could find anywhere else.
Compared to my current epilator, these have more tweezers (40 vs my current 30), and are spaced MUCH more effectively. (pictures:
