how to install a rear rack

suggest getting a strong rack, and wrapping everything inside the panniers in ziplock bags
Aha! Lots of people recommend the Topeak "rails" system, which makes it easy to 1) quickly attach/detach, and 2) more importantly, attaches very securely. What I'd probably buy:
- Topeak Explorer MTX Rack
- Topeak MTX Trunk EXP
- or, if I'm going for something a little smaller, the EX or DX
- (also, if I'm making an order at REI, I should also buy one of these stem-mount cell-phone holders: smaller, larger
alternatively, a nice medium-sized very secure pack is the Nashbar rack/pack system (240 cubic inches)
