ATI
- From the "TV Tuners" section at the bottom of this page, it looks like there are at least two tuners that'll work:
- ATI TV Wonder 650
  - It definitely supports ATSC
  - says it will have Vista drivers (and if you check here, they're available already)
- ATV HDTV Wonder
  - Doesn't mention Vista at all (uh-oh, bad sign)
- there's the "Digital Cable" tuner, but it's only available bundled with new ceritified systems
