HOWEVER, make one significant change:

    - BE ABLE TO ADD METADATA (either in HTML headers, or in directory dot-files) that can specify either:

        - this sub-tree is to be totally ignored, or

        - a specific file should be marked as "polished" (possibly several levels of polished-ness... or:
                polished=0 : crap, nobody would be interested in it
                polished=1 : I've made some effort to make it look decent, but probably not that many people are interested in it
                polished=2 : I've made it look decent, and there might actually be a lot of people interested in it)


And then, the DEFAULT VIEW will be to only view the articles that are tagged as polished, with the
option to go on and view the entire list (though even there, the most polished links will be bolded).
