Some far-out goals I have:

• write an automated installer that operates somewhat along the lines of unetbootin (note: unetbootin has lots of relatives!!)
  • note: unetbootin is open-source... so I could extend it (or use some of its code) if necessary
  • random idea: would it be possible to create a file-format that could be used by UNetbootin, and my tool, that provides enough metadata about 1) what the kernel file is, 2) what the initrd file is, and 3) any parameters that need to be changed/modified to boot from a .iso, or from a different partition, or...
