Tail multiple files

• MultiTail (unix)
• MakeLogic's Tail (windows) doesn't tail all into the same stream
• xtail (perl)
• logview4net (win) (DOES tail all into the same window, but crashes often)
• TailXP (windows) — we have a winnar!
