Don't take my phone on bathroom breaks.
The intention is to use these short breaks to check in on my needs. This helps to have a bit of enforced mindfulness.
It's good and fine to take longer breaks where I use my phone — I'd like to distinguish between "regular very short self-check-in breaks" and "15+ minute breaks where I'm intentional about relaxing and getting my mind off of work".
