adhesives for gluing wood
the "desert island question" — If you could choose just three adhesives to use in your woodshop, what would they be? Wood Magazine suggests the answer should be: 1) PVA glue (Titebond II), 2) slow-set epoxy, and 3) a medium-viscosity CA glue.
Titebond Speed Set is a wood glue with a clamp time of 15 minutes. In general, I feel that clamp time is more important than cure time when it comes to overall efficiency, because that's more or less when you can start moving on to gluing other parts of the project.
