Advice on cutting/drilling/etc Bakelite:

- use high RPM and low feed rate
- Hard Fiber, Fiberglass, and Garolite @ McMaster-Carr
- "Hard fiber, fiberglass, and Garolite are harder to machine than thermoplastics because they create a lot of dust. For best results, carbide or diamond-tipped tools are generally required. The machinability ratings below are based relative to speed, life of the tooling, and the level of ease to attain a satisfactory post-machining finish."
- The most-machinable materials there are:
