I had no idea that swapping out the handlebars would cause SO many problems. Changing the handlebars forces you to change the brake lever and the shifter, which in turn, can force you to change the brakes and the deraileurs, even though they aren't located ANYWHERE near the handlebars.

"They are ROAD SIZE bars - so they take ROAD LEVERS. Not mountain bike ones. That means that you need to run cable discs and STI's. 105's nice. Ultegra's lovely. Dura Ace is 10speed so no good at all."
