The problem is that there are some things encouraging me to work on a bike in the winter:

West Town Bikes is MUCH LESS BUSY in the winter. (VERY important)
used bikes are much easier to find in the winter.... particularly at Working Bikes

But there are some things encouraging me to work on the bike in the summer:

I aint got no money right now.
