Challenges related to being transgender, that I have to find solutions to:
- funeral planning — I do not want my transgender status to be erased if I were to die and my father plans the funeral. This story really scared me.
- TODO: draw up a legally-binding document that states that one of my siblings is to be in charge of funeral decisions; figure out the logistics of this
- "next of kin" rules say that parents get precedence over siblings. At the very least, the document needs to state the prefered order.
- TODO: change my legal name sooner than later?
- TODO: le *sigh*. I suppose I need to come out to my dad
